This privacy policy describes how Ad We Speak (hereinafter "we" or "Company") processes personal data collected through operating our website and providing website development and Meta advertising services.

We only process personal data that you provide to us directly, or that arises during communication, including:
- Name and contact details (email, phone number)
- Company name and information about the requested service
- Content of communications (contact form submissions, emails)
- Technical data about website usage — only with your consent (see Section 7)
4. Necessity of Providing Data
Some of the requested personal data (for example, contact details and information about the requested service) is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry or prepare a proposal. Without this data, we may be unable to contact you. Providing other data (for example, consent to analytics cookies) is voluntary and does not affect your ability to use the website's core functions.
5. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Processing enquiries and consultation requests

- Necessary — stores your cookie consent choice (in browser local storage, not a cookie). Always active.
- Analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to gather aggregated statistics about website visits and improve its performance.
- Marketing — this category is available in the cookie settings, but we do not currently activate any marketing cookies or advertising pixels. If we do in the future (for example, for Meta Ads retargeting), this section will be updated before those tools are activated.

8. Server Logs
Our website hosting (Cloudflare) may automatically log technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, and request time. This data is used solely for website security and technical maintenance purposes.
9. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations:
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — to deliver contact form submissions to our email
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and security
- Google LLC — analytics (Google Analytics 4), with consent only
- Microsoft Corporation — analytics (Microsoft Clarity), with consent only
- Our accounting service provider — to comply with legal obligations
10. Transfers Outside the EU/EEA
Some of the service providers above (Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc.) also process data outside the European Union and European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the relevant provider is certified under it, or, where certification does not apply, on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Article 46).

11. Data Retention
- Enquiry and communication data — for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry or perform a contract, and for handling potential disputes
- Accounting data — for the periods required by law
- Analytics data — per the settings of the relevant tools, and only with user consent (see Section 7)

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
